Hi, I’m Jenn — founder of BOSS.
But more importantly, I’m a mom, a partner, a bestie, and a woman who wears a lot of hats.
Running a growing business without solid systems is like trying to contain a rushing river without banks. You’re hiring, launching, and delivering, but behind the scenes, everything feels uncontained. Work spills over, priorities blur, and you’re stuck repeating yourself.

During my working hours, I’m your go-to systems nerd — obsessed with helping business owners find clarity and flow behind the scenes.
The rest of the time, I’m just me — prioritizing time with friends and family, creating ice-dyed tie dye (a hobby turned small biz), and co-creating content for Rolling With the Morgans, where my husband and I are currently building out our dream: a 20-inch roof-raised school bus that will be our remote home on wheels and my mobile office. This way, we can travel with our girls and visit the people we love most — all across the US!
But let’s be real: as much as I love my creative projects — and being a mom and loving partner — sadly, those don’t pay the bills. I knew I needed a “legit job.” What I didn’t expect was that my knack for organizing chaos, building systems, and supporting fellow entrepreneurs would turn into a true calling.
After years of refining other people’s systems and helping their businesses thrive, I realized I needed to do the same for myself — to build something flexible, meaningful, and aligned with the life my family and I are working toward. No 9 to 5. No office tying us down. Just more time to travel, explore, and be with the people we love.
That’s how BOSS was born.
