When I launched BOSS - Business Operational Systems Specialist), it wasn’t just about building systems — it was about building freedom.
I’ve always been the go-to “systems nerd.” I love organizing chaos, creating flow, and finding the right tools to keep a business running smoothly. For years, I worked behind the scenes helping other entrepreneurs succeed. But I realized something important: I was helping everyone else build sustainable, thriving businesses… while my own dream of flexibility, creativity, and freedom sat on the back burner.
So I decided to change that.
BOSS was born from my desire to design a business that aligns with the life I want — one that lets me travel with my family, live creatively, and still do work that deeply matters.
